Me too! And with the <a href=\"https:\/\/blizzardwatch.com\/2024\/05\/30\/world-warcraft-war-within-expansion-beta-test\/\">beta test starting on June 5<\/a>, you&#8217;ll want to sign up for the <em>War Within<\/em> beta now.<\/p>\n<p>So how do you get access to the beta test? Signing up for the beta easy! To register:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/worldofwarcraft.blizzard.com\/en-us\/news\/24080620\/sign-up-to-test-the-war-within\">Blizzard&#8217;s <em>War Within<\/em> beta signup page<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Click the button labeled &#8220;Sign Up!&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;ll be directed to a Battle.net login page (if not signed in on that browser)<\/li>\n<li>Once you&#8217;re signed in, select &#8220;Request Beta Access,&#8221; after which you should get the message &#8220;Thanks for opting in! If selected, you&#8217;ll receive an email from us.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Now it&#8217;s just a matter of patiently waiting.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone who pre-purchased the Epic Edition of <em>The War Within<\/em> from the <a href=\"https:\/\/us.shop.battle.net\/en-us\/product\/world-of-warcraft-the-war-within\">Battle.net Shop<\/a> will automatically have beta access (as well as early release access), so there&#8217;s no need to sign up. The beta starts on June 5, but the early release access date is subject to change.<\/p>\n<p>But there is no purchase required to get beta access, so beware of suspicious emails asking for you to buy something or provide personal information &#8212; this is likely a <a href=\"https:\/\/blizzardwatch.com\/2023\/02\/22\/avoid-beta-key-scams\/\">scam<\/a>! If you get access, you will receive an email notification from Blizzard directing you to download the beta client from Battle.net \u2014 but it shouldn&#8217;t ask for anything else. To see if you have access to the beta test, open the Battle.net launcher and check the version dropdown under the<em> World of Warcraft<\/em> tab, exactly where you would see PTR clients.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re sure you should have access but don&#8217;t see it here, try restarting the launcher, but do not click links in emails, text messages, or social media &#8212; even if they seem legit. The Battle.net launcher is the only place you can get the beta client.<\/p>\n<p><em>The War Within<\/em> is bringing some incredible new features, such as <a href=\"https:\/\/blizzardwatch.com\/2023\/11\/03\/delves-feature-war-within\/\">Delves<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/blizzardwatch.com\/2023\/11\/04\/warbound-equipped-gear\/\">Warbands<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/blizzardwatch.com\/2023\/11\/03\/wow-hero-talents-war-within\/\">Hero Talents<\/a>, and more, set against the backdrop of Khaz Algar.
